Marketing the Property
Depending on which agency you choose will depend on the process of which your property is marketed. Here at Islintons Estate Agents we believe that your property should be marketed as soon as possible.
Once you have instructed us to sell your property we will arrange for photographs to be taken. We will also advise you if we feel that the layout of furniture is appropriate for viewings and whether there are any cost free things you can do to improve the look and feel of the property. Viewings
This is the part which gives you the chance to show off your property to its full potential. We will offer advise on presentation. Usually the simple things make a big difference such as enuring the property is clean and that the property smells fresh. We accompany every viewing to your property. We believe it is important not to rush potential buyers so it gives them time to look round the property and ask any questions they may wish to ask.
Offer
Once we have received an offer from a potential buyer we will call you and also inform you in writing. We can only advise you on our thought on the offer but ultimately it is you decision to accept or decline the offer. Once you have agreed an offer you must appoint a solicitor to carry out all the legal work involved in selling the property. Please remember until a contract is signed there is no obligation for you to sell or for the buyer to proceed.
