Tenants

Once you have found the property you are interested in we can book you in to view. We will arrange a suitable time and meet you at the property. It is important that you remember to ask all the questions you need to know.

If you want to proceed with the property the next step would be to complete our application form. There may be a fee for completing the application form. We will inform you of this at the time. We will also inform you of all the relevant paperwork you will need to supply to enable the process to be as smooth as possible.

Once we have received confirmation that you are suitable for the tenancy we will provide you with a copy of the tenancy agreement. You must read through the agreement properly and anything you are unsure of just ask. If you are happy with the agreement you must sign it and return it along with the first months rent plus the deposit.

Finally once everything is completed you can collect and sign for the keys.
